What do you think about Self-governing Teams?

Doenersdreefzorg (DDZ) is a small-scale care institution with great innovative power. Bureau myChapeau gave a 3-day training to DDZ’s management team with regard to self-governing teams, or as we also like to call it ‘co-operation’. How do you give a new form to your organization? How do teams develop? What are the strenghts and pitfalls? How does a self-governing organization work?

As a direct result of this successful training Bureau myChapeau worked with the organisation for two years. Developed a company training film, giving team trainings to staff at the workplace, personal coaching for team leaders and developing new policy and innovations in working with clients.

Doenersdreefzorg (DDZ) is een kleinschalige zorginstelling met grote innovatieve kracht. Bureau myChapeau gaf een 3-daagse training aan het managementteam van DDZ met betrekking tot zelfsturende teams ofwel ‘samensturing’. Hoe geef je een nieuwe vorm aan je organisatie? Hoe ontwikkeld een team zich? Wat zijn de krachten en de valkuilen? Hoe gaat een organisatie zelfsturend te werk?

Naar aanleiding van deze succesvolle training werkte Bureau myChapeau vervolgens twee jaar met DDZ. Ontwikkelde een trainingsfilm voor het bedrijf, gaf teamtrainingen voor medewerkers op de werkvloer, persoonlijke coaching voor teamleiders en ontwikkelde mee aan nieuw beleid en innovatie voor de organisatie.
